I ordered three tires thinking I needed all three and when they checked I only needed two tires, and also checked my brakes and said I still had 10,000 miles left and I have a older car, they could have easily said I needed three tires and brakes and I wouldn’t have known any better. They are extremely honest and fast service! I have been going there for years and I will continue to go back! Thank you for being honest!
Walmart put brand new tires on my car. One tire kept losing tire pressure drastically. I had Walmart check it out. They said they couldn't find anything wrong. After the third time, I had Walmart replace the tire. That cost me $50! Several days later, the tire pressure had dropped again! I took my vehicle to the Goodyear Tire Center at US Highway 19 in New Port Richey. They sprayed some foam around the valve stem, and saw air escaping. They found the reason for the problem, and had it fixed within three minutes! And I wasn't charged for this. Needless to say, I am angry at Walmart's incompetence for their poor service. When I need new tires or service, I will definitely be coming back there.

finally a store that has the guts to require masks. That is how you keep your customers safe and insure return customers, because they are still alive.. And if somebody has an issue with it, I say: do you remember the sign " no shoes, no shirt, no service" ?. You did not have a problem with that, did you?
I have done business with Crystal Beach Tire and Auto for the past 7 years. Everything from auto repair to tires and air. They are super friendly and polite and go out of their way to help you. I’m looking forward to going back tomorrow to get 4 new tires.
I started out for work this morning & my "low tire pressure" light was on. I checked to see who had nitrogen for my tires and Crystal Beach Tire came up. I called & spoke to Mary. She made me feel like they really cared and asked me to bring the car by which I did. They checked the pressure to make sure it was correct, but not only that, he also checked & filled my spare tire in the trunk. That was a "first". They were professional & courteous. I'm going to need tires soon, and will be returning to purchase them. Can't "thank you" enough, Mary & Staff.
